This beautiful Mercedes-Benz 230 SL “Pagoda” was first registered in sunny California in 1967. Over the course of several decades, it changed hands there, with the extensive and complete history of the vehicle being documented and available to this day.
This vehicle was restored with great passion
The Pagoda found its way to Germany in 2013. The current owner took over the classic with great passion and restored the vehicle himself in 2020 with great attention to detail. Extensive photo documentation documents the work carried out. As part of the restoration, the speedometer was converted from miles to kilometers and reset to zero (previous reading: 96,405 miles).
Originality and equipment
Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the original hardtop is still present – this is in its unrestored original condition and naturally comes with the vehicle. With its elegant lines, the typical pagoda roof shape and the technically solid base, this model is a real collector’s item.
