Mercedes-Benz 300SEL 6.3 in collector’s condition  The Mercedes-Benz 300SEL 6.3 was presented in Geneva in 1969 as a luxury sedan. 2,619 units were built for the German market. Thanks to the powerful 6332 cc V8 engine, the luxury-class saloon reaches comfortable cruising speeds quickly and powerfully. In just 6.5 sec. (factory specification), the 6.3 reaches the 100 km/h mark. The 4th gear planetary gearbox enables a very comfortable gear change. This 300SEL 6.3 was registered for the first time on 07.08.1970. This is a German first delivery, which was registered in Germany throughout. We have some documents that clearly show the ownership and mileage of the vehicle. This is a matching number as well as a matching color. We have both the data card and the old letter. Extensive bodywork was carried out on the vehicle in 2004. The vehicle was completely repainted as part of this process. A photo documentation is available. Since then, the vehicle has been part of a larger car collection, which is why the saloon has been moved only rarely, but regularly. This is also evident from the documents available to us.
